If i could give a zero star review i would! The doctor does not listen to the patients! They miss diagnose patients and give them medication they don't need! They are very rude and disrespectful! I don’t recommend them at all! Don’t take anyone here for anything, save your time, money and the stress of going here!!

Very rude doctor and staff more worried about money then patient care no bed side manor at all worst experience I er had will not take another family member there again

So my oldest daughter had an issue with Dr kadivar in which he would not listen to her complaint and tried pushing meds on her she didn't need. She put a negative review here. At another appointment where she was having horrible issues with her stomach to the point she was unable to even drink water without drinking a bottle of pepto or a whole bottle of tums. Dr kadivar set her up almost a month later for an ultrasound. She would have to suffer a month with these stomach pains. She could not bear it anymore and went to er. They found she had several ulsord they prescribed two new meds and those helped but for my daughter to continue new meds she would have to have dr kadivar prescribe more. My daughter called and asked they said no problem she seen the Dr and had to wait almost 2 weeks for a rx. She called the pharmacy and they said they never received her rx. When calling the office to ask what's going on I was told it takes up to 47 hours for an rx to be filled. Ok I work in health care I understand rx refills and insurance issues and all that but making a person wait 2 weeks and then the pharmacy to call dr and say this is ridiculous yeah time for a new dr all over a negative review which he even asked her to take it down. Why should we when you're still messing up. Dr. Kadivar is great to work with, very detail oriented and dedicated to his practice and his patients!

Great customer service. Didn't see much of Dr. Kadivar. Saw PA's instead and they were very attentive. I'm changing doctors to be at the same doctor's office as my husband.

I have an extremely aggressive case of Multiple Sclerosis and I am now in a wheelchair with only the controlled use of 1 arm and no legs. i have been a patient for a little over a year and without notice was terminated as a patient for the horrible act of making a complaint to Dr Kadivar directly about the office manager(Elise I think her name is) messing up my refill requests. He had me on 90 day U.A. cycles for a painkiller for 3 30 day refills, that after the first 30 days I would have no refills left, leaving me to argue with the manager that i didnt need to do another U.A. for 60 days. This has occurred, 4 out of 5 U.A. cycles over the last 15 months. The complaint specifically was over being up on multiple times when I asked to speak to the doctor, being told that he doesnt speak to patients on the phone, has no email, and I would be thrown out and cops called if I showed up to wait for him.hand to god I never yelled or swore at this woman to get this level of reaction, only walked her through the errors "someone in the office" is making. I had to schedule a video appointment with him in order to make the complaint and pay for that pleasure on top of it. He told me he really leaned on her to run things and in situations like this best to discharge me from his care. No investigation, no I'll look into it, no condolences. I didn't ask him to fire her or even write her up. I simply wanted him to straighten out the refill issue. Great friendly staff.

Dr. Kadivar is an excellent, personable physician. He is very thoughtful, thorough, and he is a good listener. I've been seeing him for regular visits as my primary physician for five years, and I highly recommend him. Both offices (Lawton and Elgin) are modern, clean, comfortable, and his staff is amazing! He works with cutting edge technology and offers testing which has helped diagnostically to keep me in excellent whole body wellness at my age of sixty-six. It is easy to see that he loves his work. I enthusiastically endorse him as a knowledgable family practice doctor who really cares about his patients. Five BIG stars!

Dr. Kadivar and staff always take the time to listen to my concerns.I never feel like I'm leaving without all of my issues addressed.

To make a long story short...I have Covid 19 and Dr Kadivar did more than just give me hope, he saved my life. Several days after my symptoms started, respiratory issues, one ER visit, 2 other doctors visits, with no relief, no promising treatment and no hope for my future, I prayed to God for someone to help me....the next day, Dr. Kadivar went above and beyond, on and off the clock to seek out ways to treat me!!! ...and continues to not only monitor my progress, but checks on my mental well being. (Of course there have been other healthcare professionals I owe my life to but that’s for another time and place) I trust Dr. Kadivar with my life. I trust him with my family’s life. His staff has always been amazing also!
