Careless, heartless, and only willing to help one specific type of patient. Since my wife has been coming here it's been nothing, but issues, the office hardly ever answers the phone. You assure people with call backs that never happen, and how dare you tell me no other surgeon is going to want to work on your work, when wanting to switch from you You just want money, and that's sick!!! I can see who you're a "good doctor" to and it sure isnt my kind!!! My wife had physical therapy today, and couldnt even do it because of all the open wounds from where the staples where taken out. Dr Kirk worked on my moms hip and did a wonderful job. So know I am in need of his skills. Went to see a different Dr that ER at south western set up. He didn’t really listen to anything I had to say pretty much wrote me off real fast gave me a huge injection in my knee and told me in two weeks to come back and if it didn’t work total knee replacement . Of course I was not pleased with him so I contacted Dr kirk’s office From the minute we started talking he checked over my x-rays he offered me three options and one of them was not a total knee replacement just a partial which I can seriously deal with I wouldn’t trust on anyone else to perform my knee surgery. .He did such a great job on my mom Dr Kirk worked on my moms hip and did a wonderful job. Dr. Kirk did my total knee replacement on Nov. 2020. I was in so much pain even just sitting. My PCP was so surprised when I went to see him bc he said I just jumped up on the table without a care, you couldn't even tell I had knee surgery. For me, recovery & rehab took no time at all. I had a great experience. I would use Dr. Kirk again. Dr. Kirk did my total knee replacement on Nov. 2020. I was in so much pain even just sitting. Dr. Kirk is a master artist in his field. He did a full knee replacement on my knee on Dec 20th, 2021 and it is absolute perfection! I had an ACL surgery on this knee 30 years ago, it had been bone on bone for the last 15 years, bone spurs all over and a large baker's cist - I was living in constant pain. I felt such peace after my initial visit with Dr. Kirk and felt confident he was the doctor I needed for this complex surgery. Dr. Kirk is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and understandable with his analysis, and his follow-up post op is top of class. Doctor Kirk was awesome, Had a appointment with him and he looked at the MRI and X-ray and explained why I hurt so much. After 3 Dr just band aiding it he actually gave me piece of mind. Thank you Dr Kirk.
