My baby loved her. She was very friendly and seemed to enjoy my son. He was never scared around her. When my son was newborn they rushed us to our own room in the back to protect us from germs, which was much appreciated. Also, as a bonus, at our first appointment we got a gift bag full of samples! We were sad to leave her. As a side note, all the exam rooms are painted whimsically. My baby loved looking at all the brightly colored scenes before his appointments. It made a scary time more fun.
