Most of the staff are not friendly. They hardly ever smile and I saw one literally roll her eyes at me. I said to her “I’m sorry if I ticked you off” and her reply was “Oh, you didn’t make me mad you will know it if I am.” Also, their policy is like most “Wait 24 to 48 hours for a refill.” I have waited up to three days to a week!

I haven't actually seen the doctor, after a short conversation with the front office, I wouldn't want to deal with them on a regular basis to even see the doctor. If you're desperate, this might be the place. If you'd like to be spoken to like a human, don't waste your time.

THIS DR IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL DOCTOR I HAVE EVER BEEN HELPED BY. HE HAS NO INTEREST IN HELPING HIS CLIENTS. I WAS TOLD HE IS TO BUSY AND NEVER EVEN HALF WAY CARED WHY I WAS THERE. I FELT LIKE I WAS ONLY A NUMBER TO HIM AND SHOWED NO COMPASSION FOR ME AND WHAT I WAS GOING THROUGH. I NEVER BEEN SO RUSHED OR TREATED SO CRAPPY BY A PERSON I WAS PAYING. IT WAS ALWAYS A HASTLE TO GET MY PRESCRIPTIONS AND I FELT LIKE I WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF HIS TIME. BY FAR THE WORST DOCTOR EVER. TAXPAYER...

Dr. Sanner and staff have treated with the utmost respect, and compassion. Diagnosed my Crohn's and referred me to the appropriate specialists to get it under control. I highly recommend Dr. Sanner from my experiences.

Excellent doctor. Very pleasant and takes his time with you. Puts your mind at ease when you are anxious about something and has a very positive attitude on the outcomes of a persons health. Always a pleasure being a patient of Dr. Sanner and his nurse Vanessa is very caring, polite, loving and makes you feel comfortable. If you want direct answers, a great staff, someone who is positive about health and wants you to feel great and feel better if your not feeling well, give Dr. Sanner and his wonderful office staff a try. Very courteous front desk staff.

Over the years I have had several doctors. Once I found Dr. Sanner, I will no longer look for another. He is prompt with the appointments and take the time and caring needed for your medical issues. He is easy to talk to and does not have a Holier than Thou attitude. He keeps informed of all procedures and medications on the market. Best doctor I have ever had and actually look forward to seeing him and his wonderful staff.

Dr. Sanner is the greatest doctor that I have ever had. He has brought my Diabetes, high blood pressure, and other condition under control. The last several doctors had me on the wrong medications and on medications that countered each other. His office staff is always friendly and responsive to the patient needs. I have truly found my doctor for many years to come.
