This is our only option for endocrinologist inLawton. I've been here many times, and each timethe Dr. Doesn't remember anything we've talkedabout. Every appointment (minus the first visit) hehas walked in with the wrong chart. I know hesees a lot of patients but double check who you'reseeing before going in. He doesn't have email,trying to talk to his nurses is almost impossible, itis phone tag every time. The place always messesup my refills, once again look at my chart. I wishLawton had another endocrinologist I could see.

I went for my 1st visit and hes only in the practice for the money.He told me I was fat and the gym wouldnt help lose the weight...ONLY SURGERY..And what a coincidence he had a friend that he could set the procedure up with..💰 💰...And he wouldnt let me talk..Needless to say that was my 1st and LAST VISIT!..

Unprofessional. Spent less than 5 minutes in the room. Refused to listen to any of my issues or concerns. Cut me off every time I tried to speak. Told me I was a "Big Woman" Left me waiting for lab work for about 45 min, only to be told they forgot to put in my orders and the lab closed so I would need to come back.

Worst doctor's appointment I've ever had. Dr. Castro went straight to wanting to change my thyroid medicine without asking me any questions or doing ANY blood work. When I told him what I am on has improved my quality of life, he didn't want to hear it. He insisted his suggestion is "the best" even though it is really expensive. What is best for one person isn't best for everyone. It's obvious he is getting major kickbacks from that pharmaceutical company. I ended up walking out because he didn't care about how I felt or what I had to say. The only way I was able to get a word in was by interrupting him. I've been to numerous doctors due to my thyroid disease, and he is by far the absolute worst I have ever, ever dealt with. He even answered his personal cell and wakes out of the room during the appointment. Highly unprofessional, arrogant, and lacks compassion.
