Staff is pleasant. Cherie is all-around amazingly. Dr. Ramos is very personable. He saved me having a stroke by discovering I had AFib. Thank you doctor!

Dr.Ramos and Nadine Radway and their staff especially Sherry are the most knowledgeable and professional team I've encountered, I switched to them 17 years ago, and they have exceeded my expectations about mine and my children's Healthcare needs, thank you !!

I drove 45 minutes to this office to get a physical for work left my mask at home by accident. (Walked out my door drinking my coffee)They turned me away and canceled my appointment when I got there. I have no problem at all wearing a mask! I wear one everyday as a health care worker! I just didn’t have it with me. And they wouldn’t provide one! If your going to have this extremely strict policy please provide a mask. Accidents happen and our medical appointments still matter. I took off from work to be here. I also did not appreciate the receptionist patronizing me for a not wearing a mask. I love Dr. Ramos and drive this long because he is the best. But this has me choosing to leave. He treated me for low back spasms based on imaging that he ordered in 2018. I went to a new Dr to treat my back who requested the prior imaging. The imaging was no where to be found. I just found the imaging today in the pt portal which showed bulging disks spinal column narrowing and other issues. I wouldn’t send a pet to him I didn’t like. This office is just looking to bill insurance. Doesn’t care about pts. Went in for a simple test. Was later billed for things I did not consent for. So much for medical transparency...

I started seeing Dr. Ramos when I became pregnant with my third child and I have never had any problems! I switched myself and children over to be seen by him. Dr. Ramos and the front staff have always been patient and helpful with everything. Very welcoming and great attitudes. I definitely recommend him!
