Dr. Sawyer saved my life after I had fell Victim of a Vicious attack back on Sept. 8, 2020. I was stabbed from my back through my chest cavity and through the front of my chest by my attacker using a machete. Through my whole life I’ve been able to defend myself and for others but this time it caught me by surprise in the presence of my own home in front of my two little girls. I found myself fighting for my life knowing I am at least 25 mins from Lawton where I live in the country. The injuries I wasn’t sure how severe while waiting on the paramedics but also knowing that this was an injury that could not be helped by just the paramedics. I couldn’t breathe, but to look in the eyes of my wife and my children with more willpower, prayers, my guardian angels, God, and then Dr. Sawyer where he had saved my life after several organs had been severely damaged including my diaphragm. I woke up to my life again because of the best surgeon I’ve known And also Good friend, Dr. Michael Sawyer

If I could leave negative stars, I would. Do NOT go to this doctor. He will LEAVE in the middle of your special needs child’s appointment and tell the staff to have you wait for hours until he gets back. The entire staff is amazing but will tell you this specific doctor does not care about his patients and it shows. I would recommend Dr. Sawyer to anyone. He performed my surgery and has an excellent bedside manner. He is straight forward and direct which i appreciate greatly.

I was a emergency case for Dr. sawyer I had no choice in who would be doing my surgery to repair a blockage in my intestine but He truly was a God send to me i was a patient at Comanche Co memorial for 61/2 months I believe I hold the record for longest patient stay but all the staff there was absolutely wonderful unfortunately most of my nurses were contracted travelers and aren’t there anymore but they became my family and Dr. Sawyer saved my life for sure once I promise I have never been mire pleased with a Surgeon and his entire team than I was with Dr. sawyer thanks Doc. Dr Sawyer is very straight forward to the point that he is rude. Does not allow questions and can’t leave the room fast enough. Staff doesn’t call to schedule surgery over 2 weeks after the doctor said it needed to be done before 2 weeks because I have a mass occluding my colon

He is very through. All business and that's what I like and want. No nonsense.

I have had major issues and was referred to Dr. Swayer. He has been so great takes his time an explains everything to my understanding an does not give or allow you to have negative thoughts about results. I would and do recommend this amazing doctor to everyone. I honestly feel he cares about his patients an takes as much time as need for you to understand what is going on. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Sawyer.

Absolutely outstanding Doctor! Dr. Sawyer repaired my stomach issues, described in detail my issues and was very nice indeed.

This man was very cocky. In fact he was rather rude. He would cut you off and wouldn't let you speak. I felt like you were ran through like cattle. He was not gentle what so ever. Having said all that his surgery skills were good but his bed side manners gave him a big thumbs down!
