Dr. Smith is a great, knowledgeable doctor as far as being attentive to your concerns and issues. He's very personable and understanding. The only issue I'm having is getting refills on an atypical medication used to treat autoimmune disorders. It's been 2 weeks and I'm beginning to have issues that's affecting my ability to perform my job duties and I'm not in a position to miss work. This is the second time this has happened and it's a serious issue. I'm also not in a position to be able to call during the week considering where I work and my pharmacy has tried every Avenue of contact. Hopefully I can figure out how to get in contact with the office and have this corrected. Dr. Smith is a great, knowledgeable doctor as far as being attentive to your concerns and issues. Horrible experience. Receptionist is the rudest person I've ever dealt with. Never made it to the doctor hes great. I have never been so humiliated in my life than to deal with her.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN TOWN!! Dr. Smith is very personable, his staff however, the receptionist specifically, is rude, inconsiderate and lacks the basic understanding of how to speak to customers. Additionally, they don't take debit/credit cards or have an ATM, which make it very difficult to do business with them. There are too many other providers in town who appreciate their customers. Sorry Dr. Smith, but your receptionist's poor attitude and lack of concern just lost my business!

Dr. Smith has been my personal doctor for years. He’s always very attentive, sincere, and thorough. He takes his time and always makes me feel like my concerns are valid. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new physician.

He is the best!! He is so kind and takes time to explain things to you. He always goes out of his way to take care of me and my family. He has been our Dr for 32 years and we just love him. Most of the time Dr's are in and out in a couple of minutes and you are left wondering if you have all your needs and questions met but not Dr. Smith, he will sit and talk and explain things to you and you can feel how much he cares about whats going on with you. He is so kind and caring, He is just the best!
