I very highly recommend the facility in McAlester. The staff/nurses/doctors are so friendly and knowledgeable. No wait time. Very streamlined and efficient.

This place is awesome. Had an issue with my eye, they got me in the same day. I only waited about 2 mins to be called back. Then the entire experience only took maybe 30 mins and I left with piece of mind and the eye drops I needed. This place rocks!

Normally good but, today still in waiting room over 1 1/2 hour past scheduled appointment and no end in sight. Poor service today!

My Father had cataract surgery last week and had some discomfort and was aware during the procedure. Today he had the second eye done and asked for extra sedation so he wouldn’t be aware and feel pain at this appointment. He came out and said it was like they gave him nothing at all and said that last week was like a walk in the park compared to today. It was so bad that the nurse was apologizing. My Father gets tubes placed in his ear in office without going to the hospital as an out patient so he has a very high pain tolerance. It’s almost like this was done to him on purpose. This eye done today is blood shot red and the other one they did was not. Hope it’s ok. Shame on you Dr Conley for working on patients knowing that your hurting them. Surely you could do better. I wonder if you would like to have it done like that or one of your family members be treated like that. With all do respect you’ll get your pay back one day. Someday you’ll be a patient somewhere and Karma will come knocking. My animals are treated better at there veterinary. Shame on you! Please if you don’t want to be tortured while awake and tied down unable to escape don’t go here!!!! This is like a horror story!

This facility is amazing, appointments are quick, customer service is friendly an helpful. I had cataract surgery on my right eye last Tuesday which is 20/25 AMAZING, I can see , no glasses! I go for the left eye this Tuesday an I am so excited. Dr Ryan Conley was my Dr an a amazing surgeon, highly recommended!
