He saved my life, no question about it. My family and I owe him everything!

Called to make my husband an appt. Becky sounded like she hates her job and that I interrupted her day. I asked for her to request hospital records from St Anthony Hospital and was told “No, you’ll have to do that, there’s HIPAA and I can’t just ask for records”. Which is false…how do I know? Because I am an RN and work at a doctors office. But I did contact the hospital and spoke to medical records. She was very polite and said “Honestly, it’s easier if the drs office will just fax over a request, and you won’t have to try to track anything down”. Hmmm, no kidding. So I called Dr. Chohan’s office back and told Becky that the medical records lady said that his office needs to fax and records request. Becky said “Of course she did” followed by a big sigh and then asked what the fax number is. I said “I have no idea what the number is”. She said “Well you’ll have to get me the number and I’ll send the fax”. Really?? So I called the main number at the hospital, asked for the MR fax number, Took me 10 seconds, called Becky back and gave the fax number. Unbelievably terrible customer service. If you’re that unhappy at your job, find something else to do. Dr. Chohan or office manager, you need to correct this. This was my first interaction with this office via phone, and I’m sure that this is not an isolated incident.

Dr. Chohan has excellent communication each visit. Patient and thorough with my condition and concerns.

Dr Chohan and his staff is very caring and staff is very efficient.

This would be my first visit to a cardiologist and while Dr. Chohan is not to blame at all for his incompetent office staff, I won't be coming back just for that reason. I didn't even get to meet with the Dr. because I didn't have my physical insurance card on me. It's 2022, way beyond the "digital age." I have the information on my phone and every other Dr. I've needed to see have not made this an issue. I could have also brought the physical card back at a later point and not turned away. Dr. Chohan is only in his office until noon and I struggled to get off work to come to this appointment and I get my time wasted because the woman at the window is too lazy to jot down the information she needs off of my mobile ID card. Get real and please be professional and not have food in your mouth while assisting people!

Unlike some of my other specialists, the wait time isn't usually bad. He is very thorough and answers my questions and explains procedures well.

Dr. Cohan offers complete care and answers. He and his nurses always respond to messages left in a timely manner.

The Dr is great his front staff the girls at the front are rude and need to learn how to talk to patients I would hate to hear how they talk to the elders, I have a heart problem and they make it worse. I called to reschedule and that I was not with in 24 hrs even tho the automated machine called and said if I need to reschedule please call and I did ,now they are charging me 135$ for a medication that they order that I haven’t taken and since I wasn’t aware of it on my paper work there was a 24 hr notice to reschedule I’m being charge the amount and can’t reschedule until it’s paid . And when I said I didn’t see that on my paper work she replied that “she didn’t know I couldn’t read” very unprofessional and disrespectful .this is the second time that they have been rude and unprofessional to me and I’m the patient… needs better front desk girls they need classes on how to deal with people in a business setting

Definitely. He treats my husband and me and my husband has 4 stents. Dr Chohan always listens and gives instructions when needed. He keeps our medical records and tests up to date.

Dr. Chohon one of the most caring and attentive doctors I've ever seen. His office staff is friendly and helpful. His nursing staff give a patient confidence in the care being give. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes in the waiting room to be seen. I highly recommend him.
