The worst so called Dr I have ever seen my doctor retired was referred to her I saw her once she is the most incompetent doctor I ve ever seen no feeling no compassion lectured me asked me at least 4 times are you rich never asked me anything about my health I think she wants kickbacks I ve been taking norco for 12 years and she stopped mine never asked me one question about my health whatever she put in my file the doctors at mercy don t take me seriously I ended up having a seizure and going to the emergency room and found a brain tumor but no test for anything at mercy notified them and still haven t heard anything back after a month I wouldn t let her work on my cows run from this so called doctor I would like to see her loose her license I have a lot more to say and none is good

Went to because i have been in pain with my gut for several months and because i hurt my foot and could barely walk. I had not seen a doctor in years, so it s not like i was over reacting. She ignored my foot issue and told me to get better shoes. But she took blood work to see what was going on with my gut. She told me to follow up with her in 3 months. She canceled my 3 month appointment and pushed to to another 3 months. I ended up in er and come to find out i am having surgery now because she never bothered to hear me out

I have seen Dr. Ruidera for many years. Always has addressed all my concerns and gave referrals as needed. Goes over all labs and gives me copies of it and what we discussed at visit. She has always been kind and caring. Would recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Ruidera was uncaring, unfeeling & cold. I arrived at 7:45am for 8am appointment, I did not see her until close to 9:30am. No apologies for me waiting for 1 & 1/2 hour. Her tone was condescending. Worst doctor ever. This was my first & my last time seeing her. She does not care about her patients at all or take their concerns seriously. I do not recommend her at all. Don't waste your time or your money.

Waited 1 & 1/2 hour for a scheduled appointment. Dr. Ruidera was uncaring, unfeeling & cold. No apologies for me waiting for 1 & 1/2 hour to see her. Her tone was condescending & she did not take my concerns seriously. This was my first & last visit to her. Worse doctor ever. Don't waste your time or money.

I’ve been seeing Dr Ruidera for 10 years now. I always feel she listens to me and is very thorough. She doesn’t always tell me what I want to here. But I’m a nurse so I understand that.
