I made an appointment for the afternoon after feeling bad for a week. There was no crowded waiting area & got right back to the room. I can't wait to be feeling better & have the relief knowing it's not covid or the flu. Thanks everyone at HealthCare Express Urgent Care!

2.5 hr wait which wasn't an issue given all the demand but I asked about how much longer it would be to be seen and they told me 1.5 hrs. I asked if I could run down the street and get something to drink and was told that I'd be moved to the bottom of the line if I left the property. They told me there were nurses watching the parking lot?!? I understand moving me to the bottom of the line or cancelling me if I'm not there when they call me but what would it hurt to let me leave and get a drink?!? It would be my risk that I wouldn't be there if called but it would have taken 10 mins... It's really sad because the front desk lady was so kind before but based on this experience, I won't be back.
