Was not pleased with my overall experience. I went in twice, for the initial intake and a follow-up, after a not-so-great diagnosis. His staff was very nice, but he was rather…brash. I was supposed to see him for a second follow-up but decided to schedule with another eye doctor for a second opinion. I’m not sure if my eyes naturally improved in that amount of time, or if he made my condition to seem much worse than it really was. Reason just told me something was off, so I took my business elsewhere.

I’ve been going for several years and love him and his office staff. I called the first time as I was having flashes in my eye but I was not a patient. He let me come in on a Saturday to see if I was having a retinal detachment. I was so surprised that he worked me in to be seen. Because of his caring concern, I never left. Everyone is so sweet and kind in the office. I get right in without very much wait time. I have so much trust and confidence in his progressional expertise. His PA Jason is awesome too. I’m very thankful to be there as I could not get in to anyone as I called so many places to be seen and Dr Massengale was the only one who let me come in when I was frightened about my eye having that flashing going on. It was a vitreous detachment and he kept a close eye on me through many appts till it all cleared up. You won’t be disappointed as I’ve referred many to him and they really like him.

Excellent dr and love the staff and office. He took me in on a sat when I wasn't even a patient as I was having flashes in my eyes. Love this dr and his staff. They go above and beyond to help you out.
