The staff here is always amazing. They do their best to get you in quickly and always do a great job. It is never fun to get sick, and hard to get in to my PCP for a cold/flu/strep situation, but I don't want to risk being contagious around immunity compromised family. So having HCE as an option is helpful.

The staff was friendly but I don’t think I would go back. Took me to a room after about 45 minutes only to wait there for over an hour for the dr to come in. It took me stepping out and asking how much longer it would be before somebody came in and she came in right after saying she was a nurse practitioner. Have to wonder if I hadn’t stepped out how much longer I would have waited. If they were swamped I could certainly understand but that wasn’t the case. I took the time to make an appointment for 4 and walked out after 6.
