Quick, professional.
This location does NOT do spot-on Covid Testing. Was asked to visit another facility for Covid Testing just because I wanted to make sure I didn't have virus.. They will only see you if you have symptoms. My insurance told me over phone it doesn't matter symptoms or not they would gladly cover all expenses. Don't know what issue is with billing. This location is conveniently close to my residence and I would still consider using them for other purposes.
Waited 2 hours for literally 2 minutes total with provider. No diagnosis given, just given steroids and antibiotics. Looked at throat, ears, listened to lungs, all in 120 seconds. Seems to have too many patients but not enough providers to give even minimum time with patients. I’ve worked in healthcare setting for 20 years. Visited many urgent cares. Won’t come back to this one.
Had an appointment time and still weren't called back until well after our time. We spent over an hour and a half for a 15 minute test which sucked but everyone was very nice.
This location is rude and I took my small child after daycare at 6:59pm and she was in pain and they rejected us. They close at 8pm. I'll never go here again.
Nursing staff were friendly and attentive enough.Waited a little longer than expected to be seen, even after being checked in on the app, which told me we were 2nd in line but were fourth to go back, but not a crazy wait at 10am.April(?) Was quite rude and to treated the process like helping patients wasn't a priority. She scoffed when I asked for a note for school/work asking "what do you need it to say?" Then proceeded to pull out a purpose-made doctor's note on which she didn't need to write anything other than "returning to work? Yes/no" a clinic stamp, and a signature, after suggesting I give the school/employer the discharge paperwork for the purpose. I'll still have to anyway as they didn't provide a separate document showing a negative COVID result. Seems a little gray when it comes to HIPAA but oh well.Won't be returning to this location.
I was seen quickly and everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
All personal are polite and professional. Doctors are outstanding.
Absolutely ridiculous experience, took over an hour to spend less than 2 minutes with the doctor getting my son’s physical done. Waited in the lobby for half an hour, only one other person waiting with us, and another half an hour to see the doctor once we got to the room, and then another 15 minutes for her to finish and sign the form. I think the nurse who took us back and the doctor said maybe a total of five sentences to us the entire time. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Either seriously understaffed or has no idea what express means. We walked out to find two nurses sitting in the lobby talking, though, so can’t be having that much trouble.
The ONE star I gave is simply because zero is not an option!Slow! Rude is an understatement to say the least and NONE of the staff is knowledgeable. I would be curious to see who willingly hired these people?! I kept thinking it was just bad luck but after trying yet again this time. Myself, my family or anyone I know will NEVER take a chance on using this clinic again. It’s more than a joke. If you value your health or your families you will drive a little further to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
