List of Integris Community Hospital - Moore's Reviews
honestly when I saw these reviews I thought to myself what did I just get myself into. We are from Kansas City. I fell yesterday when I stopped to get gas on the turnpike. I landed on my ankle I shattered 12 yrs ago. As the night when on the pain got worse. By morning I couldn't walk. So decided maybe I should have it looked at. Got to the ER and surprised to see it empty. I sat maybe 5 minutes in the waiting room before being called back. My nurses where very pleasant and acted concerned. My Dr was Dr. James Le. He listened to my previous problems. I told him I wasn't sure if I was doing the right thing by being seen since we are from Missouri. He assured me I was and he would make sure I was taken care. After x-rays on my knee, a knee and foot I was diagnosed with 2 broken bones in my foot. He prescribed me some medication and a walking boot. He also made sure the nurse made a copy of my x-rays so I could take them back to KC with me. I was so pleased with my experience I will make sure to suggest this ER in the future. Thank you Dr. Le and the entire staff for taking care of me and making me feel like I did the right thing by getting checked out. BTW on my way I looked at my clock and it said 12:17 and I was back home with my diagnosis and scripts by 3:00pm! Thanks again for taking care if me.
The nurse, Dr. Williams and registration clerk were so kind and helpful. They really went above and beyond to take care of me. I appreciate how they explained everything to us and answered my concerns.
A lot of people had a lot of complaints and issues giving this facility a poor rating but I guess we are fortunate we did not experience any of those circumstances during this visit. The hospital was clean, staff was friendly and everything ran pretty smooth and efficiently considering our circumstances. All of our questions were answered by Dr Williams who was very nice and friendly, I would definitely suggest this emergency room or hospital to anyone in need of medical attention!
This emergency room is amazing. Staff truly cares and is concerned. There genuinely is no better ER in the area...I'm so pleased with the way they treated me, showed compassion and empathy, and had me in and out in no time. Will not ever use any other ER again!!
The er here is complete garbage. I would seek help anywhere but this place. They are not equipped to handle anything except holding their phones. The staff was completely rude and demeaning. I never do reviews and this is my first. I would give negative stars if I could. You will need a handbook on what can and cannot be seen here for because they will make you feel stupid for not knowing. It was closer to us and we went there just to be seen quicker just to see if everything was okay with our baby. Like and ultrasound to make sure the cord wasn't wrapped around his neck or anything. Not to deliver a baby. We want to protect yall from coming here because of the treatment you will receive. They will charge you for them to do nothing.
We brought our daughter here because of a softball injury. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I appreciated how thorough and professional the doctor and the nurses were while tending to our daughter.
I wish I could give a negative rating. They are literally the worst. My husband had to go to the emergency room, last year, because we thought he was having a heart attack. All in all, the cost was only $125. He was taken care of, in a timely manner. So when I was having a terrible rash/hives, after giving birth, that were spreading RAPIDLY, we rushed over there. No one in there wore masks, from front to the back staff and yet, they didn’t let my husband back there with me. I could barely walk, as I just gotten a c section. The “doctor” didn’t put on gloves, really look at my rash or anything. He did get out his phone to GOOGLE WHAT I COULD HAVE. Then he told me it’s probably my pain medicine and that I should stop taking them. They let me go and charged me $450.No one is answering my phone calls, not billing, or customer relations.I’ll never go here again.
I went in for extreme blood loss and I was seen immediately and I was given immediate treatment and they got me into see a gyn in the next day and I feel confident that this hospital has the staff that can handle an emergency but the critical shortage of blood supply and having so many hospitals and so many more clinics open is truly making a blood shortage worse because every new hospital or surgical center requires a couple units of blood!!! More people need to start living clean moral lives and start giving blood! I’d stop worrying about government driven fears or covid and start really caring and fearing the blood shortage!!!!! Every Nurse and the doctor and ultrasound tech to admitting was truly understanding and helpful to quick care and great service. Before I went to hospital that day I truly read all the reviews on all the local Moore hospitals and I was truly hestitant Togo to any hospital but after feeling horrible since May I decided I better go get medical care and I truly couldn’t of been happier with the medical team that took care of me and my situation
The front staff is incredibly blunt and rude. They have no idea if they are in network with any insurances, and they refuse to release a billing receipt. They would not let me go without filing out intimate information, such as religious affiliation, and family affiliation.
Was the worst staff nurses and Dr where rude more worried about the football game then people coming in. My wife was scared from puls care said she had namonia needed a mri they were rude, not at all what a Dr should act or treat like we will never return worst er ever sould fire everyone but the front receptionist she was amazing and caring...

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
