Dr. Hseih (pronounced Shay) is the BEST PCP I’ve ever had. Bedside manner is excellent, as well as her expertise and genuine care. She is prompt to respond to messages on the portal and to discuss test results. From the front desk, to the MA/nurse, to the lab techs- every appointment is a pleasant experience. Getting established might be a long wait (as with any good doctor, currently) but then it’s easy to get in for a sick appointment or routine checkup. I highly recommend Dr. Hseih.

I am one that feel strongly about educating myself about my health and wellness. I prefer to use good health practices including healthy natural eating and exercise. I avoid medications when at all possible and prefer to use healthy food, herbs, good sleep habits and other healthy lifestyle choices to keep a healthy body. When I discussed this briefly with Dr. Hsieh she seemed to be very respectful of my choices. She is the first Dr. that has ever asked me if I cook for myself or eat out a lot.

I have recommended Dr. Hsieh to all of my friends and family. I've never had a doctor in my 50+ years who has been so thorough, compassionate, and responsive. Excellent care including accurate diagnosis of medical issue that two other MD's missed. Won't go to anyone else!

Dr. Hsieh has always taken the time to listen to me and explain things to me. She has a great personality and really cares about her patients. Her staff is awesome. They are always extremely helpful when I need to get an appointment before my scheduled one. I have recommended Dr. Hsieh to several of my family members and friends.
