List of Saint Francis Health System's Reviews
total mess
Do not ever go for an emergency! I took my 3 year old there because he was extremely sick and his pediatrician told us we needed to take him in to get X-rays and tests done. We didn’t see a doctor for 5 hours. They tested for COVID and flu and did a urine test and that’s all, I requested a strep test since he had been exposed and he never got one. He needed an X-ray on his stomach but they didn’t give him one. When we finally saw the doctor, they just wrote him a prescription for zofran. I could have got that from a teledoc appt. We were also left in a room for hours with a man who had tested positive for COVID days before and came in to try to get admitted because he was getting bad. The staff never even told us that we had been exposed, his wife told us as she was leaving. Another woman was pregnant and had excruciating stomach pain and she was there for at least 6 hours without care. She was just crying and vomiting everywhere. I felt so awful for her. And she got exposed to COVID. Never go if you have an actual emergency because you won’t get the care you need.
Was here recently, most all the staff are wonderfully friendly. There are a few that I'd rather never see again but that's a norm everywhere. Food was so so...no flavor but plenty on the tray. Rooms were clean, prompt assistance when needed. Has been going through remodel so can be a bit noisy with saws, pounding and drilling.Overall a solid B rating.
The most disrespectful employees. Been here since 730pm and still haven't heard from a doctor and it's 458am. Would not ever come back
If I possibly could, I give them 0 stars. My fiancé’s father was there about 10-14 days ago with COVID, He quickly went from bad to worse. All they seemed to do was let him lay and die. He went from regular room to ICU on a ventilator. The one time I saw him. All the staff kept saying was “it wasn’t good”. Yet he gets transferred to cornerstone long term rehab. And suddenly is awake and better!I guess that sums up how I feel about St. Francis. And the quote unquote specialist who told my fiancé and her step mother nothing! We got more answers from the nursing staff. A horrible place! If he was still thereHe’d probably be dead by now. Thank God in heaven he’s not! He was missing his teeth for almost a week. It finally took a case worker to deliver his teeth to him today! Please do yourself, and Loved ones a huge favor, If you can go to Tulsa do it PLEASE! Don’t trust these poor excuse for medical care people at all, Or the joke of a so called hospital!
My wife and I chose this hospital to have our baby girl in. From start to finish the process was so wonderful compared to other hospitals we have been to. The doctors appointments were always scheduled to fit our needs and our schedule. Our doctor was straight up with us, and talked to us as people not idiots. Not one person we delt with treated us anything but good. We want to sincerely thank the nursing staff in labor and delivery, for being so tentative and AMAZING! We asked alot of questions and for lots of ice and drinks! defiantly recommend
Liked it ,it was ok .
Long wait.
I must say the ER was very busy on 9/23We had a 3 hr wait in the ER waiting room This i will say the Dr. that treated my mother was a blessing he Thoroughly tested my mother what an awesome Dr.Jerrod KingThe nurse's were amazing what a blessingGod Bless You All
I hope I never have to go back. 1) because I never want to be unwell like that again 2) it was horrible. Rude. Inconsiderate. Dirty. Gossipy. Let alone the waits. I feel so horrible for the elderly that were there.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
