I just called this place because I went to the ER Saturday night and they told me if it got worse. go to an urgent care or to my primary care physician, which is all the way in Tulsa and I live in Muskogee and due to the fact I have a seizure disorder it’s kind of hard to get back-and-forth and get a ride, etc.. the appointment, representative or operator that I spoke with showed no empathy whatsoever and when I tried to call back to speak with a manager, I’m assuming she answered and hung it up or had to many patients which is fine. I am sitting in bed Coughing my lungs upS and just need a little help I have insurance I don’t understand why people have to be this way. Kindness goes so far in this world. Hands down the best Urgent Care! Super friendly staff, and not a long wait time. Right in & right out. Huge thank you to Brayleigh & Monica, those girls are very knowledgeable, super sweet, understanding & respectful. They both knew exactly what to test me for, & they made me feel cared for while I was running my high fever. Thank you ladies.❤️
