Unfortunately this isn’t the first issue we have had with this facility, but this is definitely the worst. I took my 80yr old grandmother in Sunday for flu symptoms, they tested her, then told her she had a cold and an ear infection, and less than 24 hours later she was admitted in the hospital for the flu and pneumonia. When they called to check on her status and she informed them she was in the hospital, they said “Oh. Okay” and then hung up. We will not be returning.

Toni was awesome. Even though I felt pretty rough she got a few chuckles out of me and was generally good conversation. Quick and efficient. Doctor was very friendly as well.

Jessica and Lindsey were both very professional yet friendly. They took their time to listen to my concerns. I was very impressed and will definitely choose this facility next time I need an urgent care.

Absolutely the most incredible experience at a doctors office or urgent care. Staff was so sweet and kind. New patient process was a DREAM, easy and fast!!! The other reviews of "rude staff" is absolutely laughable. They took excellent care of my son. Thank you for giving him autonomy and listening. Very clear aftercare instructions.

Both times I've visited the staff was outstanding. Super calm, caring and listened. The last visit I just had was amazing. Even though the computers went down they still assisted me and were so great!! Thank you for caring. Erin Olmstead and her team that day were great.

Staff was very nice and greeted me as soon as I walked in. It was a very easy process and good experience. The provider was also very nice and very patient with my child. I highly recommend this urgent care!
