SCAM! Don’t go here. Billing department is a joke. Due to the billing alone I will never use this establishment again. I’m getting the run around. Communication is also a zero. Also I am being told they are not an urgent care even though their name is mustang urgent care.

Garrett is the best!! He's been my physician on more than one visit. He calm, kind, understanding, and hilarious. He made sure all of my concerns were met with upmost care. I trust him.

***update*** I got a call from Garrett to follow up on this review. He wanted to follow up on my visit. He apologized for the events that happened. Very understanding. After saying in my below review that I wouldn’t go back, I will go back because he does care. I feel comfortable there. I will change my star rating just because he followed up and cared Thank you… I’ve been fighting allergies for the past week. Decided to go to this establishment and try to get some relief other than over the counter The receptionist and nurse taking weight and blood pressure were exceptional. The actual caregiver (she never identified herself) was rude with an attitude. Never really wanted to help. Get them in and get them out. Don’t bother me attitude. . I suggest going to a different urgent care. They do have a new one in Mustang. You’ll probably get better care!

Dr. Garrett Morgan, the really tall one lol, is always so pleasant. I’m grateful to have this place to take myself and my family when need be.

If you want to be turned away, have no forms turned in for your students and have resultant drastic illnesses for not being checked seriously or tested, then this is your place to go

Was in today for a X ray on my wrist. I think it took a total of 15 - 20 min from the time of walking in getting X rays and checking out. Staff is TOP notch and extremely friendly. Fun chat to make the time pass by while taking vitals. RA deserves raise and i will protest if you don’t buy her free lunch once a week. 😝 make that the entire working staff! A+ business.

The staff at this urgent care is AMAZING! From checking in, to getting vitals and then seeing the physician it was a really good experience and pretty quick. Everyone was friendly and caring. I will definitely go back and would recommend anyone to use this urgent care.
