Horrible service waste of time. They were rude when I asked for detailed explanation of why they failed at their duties and kicked me out and refused future service. None of my family members will ever go back again.

Jamie at the receptionist desk was super sweet, always quick and friendly when we have to come in. Our nurse Liz, did super well with my kiddo. She made getting a shot so much easier for her. Love the staff and always pick here when we have a sick family member.

I was made to suffer until the following week because I am a primary patient. They told me that primary patients don't get urgent care, after already getting urgent care there, the receptionist was picking and choosing since there was not one patient waiting. Same thing with walking ins. It's a basic standard of care. As a former health care provider, I can tell you that the goal is that I'll go somewhere else.

Don’t trust these people. They will bill you for stuff and not even know what it’s about. I went in in July for two IVs that I paid out-of-pocket for in order to even go on the back. They won’t take you in the back until you have paid any balance you have with them. So fine I paid and got my service now they’re trying to bill me saying I owe more. How? You guys are a rip off and we will not be coming back anymore and will not recommend you to anybody.

I had a great experience at Health Care Stat. The receptionist was welcoming, and I didn't have to wait long to see the doctor. The clinic was tidy and well-organized. It will be my go-to place for medical care.
