This was a joke of an encounter today. The front desk clerk was rude and unhelpful. Upon entering she informed my sister and I that there were no providers present and we’d have to do telehealth or return at a later time in the day. I filled out the new patient forms and she seemed flustered that she had to input the info into the computer. I told her I didn’t want to inconvenience her so I’d return later in the day and she tried to discourage me it would be too busy. I’m not sure who ruined her morning (it was 10am) but I will never return to this facility. She also ran off a mother and her young daughter who had suspected strep. If you can’t have better customer service for somebody who works in health care then go work at a nursing home since those are notorious for terrorizing patients.

The person working the check in desk was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She acted like I was a bother and seemed annoyed I was there at all. I would not go back here based on that experience alone.

Got an appointment really quick and they worked around my health issues of a compromised immune system. Did a great job diagnosing my fracture. Got my in, treated. , and out! Love it.

Left the office crying without being seen because this is the first doctor office I’ve ever been to that could not look up my insurance by my social. Receptionist was cold and unhelpful from the moment I walked in. Went to Classen Urgent Care instead and they helped me kindly and quickly find out what my illness was. If I could rate Access Medical less than 1 star I would.
