Quality care! 10/10. Chelsea the MA was really nice and efficient. Suzan Parks the provider, listens to your issues and comes up with a solid care plan with you.
So friendly! They got me in and out really quick!
This place is awful since it changed hands. Does not listen to the concerns of parents, was condescending when called with questions and completely misdiagnosed a double ear infection when specifically asked about ear pain.
On October 17th, I Broke out within minutes on my hands and then all over in a rash (from touching a wet ammonia cleaner on a bench - we figured out later)... the itching was out of control. I walked in and showed my hands and arms also that I was asthmatic and the receptionist immediately went and got the APRN before I was even checked in all the way and they got me back to a room. ANGELA Thayer, APRN put me on the fast track for treatment for hives and gave me her undivided attention. My tongue was getting fat and I was nauseous, dizzy and scared. She was kind and caring and reassured me I would be okay. Took my information as quick as she could... And then proceeded to give me some shots, steroids, some water, and a cold compresses because my whole body had broken out in a rash. ANGELA helped me with some breathing, calling my husband and helped me with a list of things for him to pick up with PICTURES. I wish I could remember the names of the other 2 gals Jody? (I think) that were there who were also helping to make this incredibly itchy and uncomfortable situation smooth. One of them was always in the room, kept me busy talking to ease my distress, checked my vitals regularly and booked my general practitioner appt too. This was an exceptional experience by the staff. They were compassionate, so verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry kind, professional, and truly dedicated to providing the best care possible. From the moment arrived until the time I left (almost 2 1/2 hours) I felt supported and reassured and so happy the hives and indescriblable itching and bumpy red rash were starting to subside. Thank you beyond words. God bless you all and the wonderful work you do.
We came here when my daughter was having wheezing in her lungs and trouble breathing. Chelsea was absolutely amazing, kind and attentive! It felt like she genuinely cared about my daughter's well-being. Unlike other clinics I've been to, Chelsea actually listened to our concerns and made sure she understood everything. She even repeated things back to us to confirm. I really appreciate that I could pay a set fee and not worry about unexpected charges. I'd highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of quick and compassionate care.
Giving a one star because the woman I spoke to today (10/14/24, called at 10:07am) named Chelsea was extremely condescending. I called to ask if they give rabies vaccinations because I really wasn’t sure and urgent care seemed like a good place to start. She said no and I asked where the best place to go would be (as in ER, my GP, etc.) and she sarcastically said, “uh… probably the hospital,” in a tone like I was stupid. Then laughed as I was saying goodbye. Normally my experiences have been great with them. It was a simple question that didn’t need to be met with such an attitude. Leaving this review because this is why people like myself with really really bad anxiety are always hesitant to ask for help.
I’ve gone here multiple times, and I’m not sure why I’ve continued to go back. The front desk staff is incredibly rude, and seems to be bothered/annoyed by any customer that comes in and requires them to… you know, do their job! They charged us $50 just to tell us “we can’t help you”. PLEASE go anywhere else.
I will never go back to this location. Saw Dr Crosswhite a several months ago for severe pain in my shoulder and neck. He gave me muscle relaxers and told me to get a massage. He did not even give me a full exam of the area. It was no better a week later so I went to an orthopedic. It was a serverly torn rotator cuff that needed surgery to repair.
Front desk was nice. Paid a 50 dollar copay to sit in a patient room for 3 minutes and told to drink fluids. Did not seem to have any concern for my issues
While the nurses and front desk staff were courteous and professional, I encountered some issues with Dr. Crosswhite. Both my partner and I were diagnosed with the flu by Dr. Crosswhite. While interacting with my partner, he lacked professionalism and provided minimal information. When asked about Tamiflu, he did not thoroughly explain its purpose or potential side effects, leaving us to research on our own while he tried pushing the medication onto us. During my own visit the following day, Dr. Crosswhite exhibited unprofessional behavior, laughing inappropriately and consistently during my consultation. When confronted about his behavior, he did not offer an apology. I also had to request a flu test results, as he seemed hesitant to confirm it was in fact, the flu. I believe Dr. Crosswhite may have had doubts regarding my level of trust, prompting him to personally bring in the test for verification (which he had not done for my partner the day before). He made a somewhat inappropriate joke about my partner and I "must've been swapping spit" to which I mentioned we had not been intimate since he fell ill. Overall, the incident left me feeling unsettled, and disappointed with the lack of professionalism and proper communication from Dr. Crosswhite during our visits

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
