Allset Urgent Care South Classen's Online Review Report Card

We are lucky to live very close to this office and have been there for things from colds/coughs to a shoulder injury. The staff is wonderful and the care we have received has been top notch. We are very grateful to have them in the neighborhood.

My first time going there. I walk in and get a dry "how can I help you". I said, I need to be seen. I suffer from bulging disc in my back along with sciatica spondylitis and nerve damage. I need a cortisone shot if possible, to help with the inflammation until I can see my pain management doctor on Tuesday. I was immediately told, "We're not prescribing opioids, all you can get is a toradol shot"! She asked what happened to my back. I said I'm a veteran and I got hurt. She made some comment that was supposed to be funny I guess! Because I looked like a bum wearing yoga pants a hat and sweat shirt I was seeking drugs! It's called being in pain, can't bend and putting on the first thing you see! The way I was treated and made to feel was disrespectful! I will never go back there!

Was in and out in an hour. Provider and nurse were attentive and personable. This will be my new urgent care facility from here on out!

Ok, I feel like the reviews are being a bit "much" when it comes to the negativity. (gross!) -- As always, clearly you've never been to an Indian clinic if you are complaining about wait time... I waited all of two minutes before seeing someone and being placed in a room. I wasn't even told to be seated in the front lobby. The doctor and the nurse/assistant Brittany were both super kind and helpful. They took my vitals, made me feel heard in my health concerns and got me set up with what would need to happen to prevent me from feeling so yucky moving forward. I rec'd a call two days after I was seen because they just wanted to "check in". The place is clean, doesn't feel "sick" when you walk in, it is genuinely clean :)!! If ever I need to go back, I will have ZERO reservations about making an appointment and being seen. Thanks for everything!

Always really friendly and helpful!

We went in for my husband for a suspected perforated eardrum and COVID/flu like symptoms. The APRN we saw dismissed his concerns as allergies, despite us having traveled through many airports the week of and before and the fact that he has NEVER had allergy issues and antihistamines weren't helping his symptoms at all. They didn't test him for either flu or COVID. They listened to his lungs for literally 2 seconds and said it couldn't possibly be COVID or flu, and barely assessed him besides that. Luckily they did check his ear and eardrum wasn't perforated, but was irritated and bulging. Well, it was COVID, as we found out when we left and went somewhere else for a second opinion and his test came back positive. They also tried to set up a doctor appointment for him without his permission after we left, to try to get him to see one of their providers as a primary care physicians.

I came here today and had a great experience. The MA and the PA who helped me were very kind and professional. I will be coming back here if I need an urgent care visit.

While the visit itself was satisfactory, I was billed $250 for the urgent care visit. This seems unusually high compared to other urgent care centers, which typically charge closer to $100 for similar services. Cigna approved $237 toward my deductible, resulting in an out-of-pocket cost of $237 for diagnosing an ear infection. I am disappointed with the high cost associated with this visit and feel it was not worth the expense.
