My partner hadn’t been feeling well the past few days and finally decided to be seen. We got to the facility around 8:15p (this is one of the only urgent care facilities open until 10p) and were in a room in less than 20 minutes. The first person, Kamyla, was thorough, professional, and friendly. She finished her part quickly and efficiently and only a few minutes later we met with the PA. He was also friendly. Test results came in and medications were sent to the pharmacy. We were in and out of there in maybe an hour and some change. Everyone was friendly and worked quickly to get us in and out. Best experience I’ve had at an urgent care. Thank you!!

The doctor was very good and had a similar mind set as I.I was in and out within an hour these places seem to have a lot in common professionally people no problems.

I was using superglue. One thing led to another and I’d glued the tube to my fingers. After trying my best to fix the issue myself, I went to Classen Urgent Care. I’ve always gotten great service and care there. I was not disappointed. The receptionist and nurse checked me in quickly. Dr. Westrup assessed the situation and got to work. She was able to remove the tube then get my fingers freed. I’m such a klutz. Idk how many times I’ve been to Classen. But I’ll be back. Thank you so much!!

OMG! They were so quick in getting us seen. They made everything so easy from registration to checkout. I went for my baby having a high fever. Unfortunately, she vomited during the exam with the nurse and the nurse swiftly and professionally handled the situation in a way that didn’t make me feel guilty or uncomfortable. I will definitely be going back. Thanks guys!!
