I took my child in for difficulty breathing and wheezing, and while the receptionist was friendly and the wait time was reasonable, the care from NP D. Johnson was unacceptable. She dismissed the history I provided, refused to review a video of my child wheezing, and seemed rushed throughout the visit. When I asked about how long my daughter might need to stay out of daycare, I overheard her loudly and dismissively say, ‘I don’t know. I can’t tell her how long her daughter will have symptoms.’ This behavior was unprofessional and made me feel disregarded as a parent. I will not be returning to see this provider again.
