Very knowledgeable and explained what I need to know to get my health issue solved.
Excellent Doctor
I have been seeing Dr. Hays for a year now. I find in her all those qualities I wish for in a good doctor. I would gladly recommend her to anyone needing a cardiologist.

NEGLIGENT & DISCRIMANTORY! After 11/20/19 ER visit my 67 year old foster brother(mentally retarded via DHS) was admitted to the hospital. Dr Hays diagnosed him with CHF, a blood clot in his heart & 20-25% heart function. His heart rate was at 112-140. He was in bad shape. After giving oxygen for 2 days she discharged him at 4PM on 11/20/19. He seemed slightly better that Fri night but Sat morning he started downhill again. I put him back on oxygen and continued it through the week end. Mon morning we called Hays office(spoked to a nurse) and asked for him to be re admitted. The nurse checked with Hays and she said "no". My wife demanded to speak with the Dr directly for an explanation. The nurse called back 1 hour later and said she would not re-admit him because it was not a cardiac problem, just a cold. We then took him to Okla Heart Hospital. He was admitted with CHF, a blood clot in his heart & 10-15 % function. In 5 days they removed 7 litres fluid and did an angiogram.Better now
MUST READ !!!! NEGLIGENT & DISCRIMINATORY If there were no stars that's what I would have rated her. After tests on Wed Nov 20,2019 she diagnosed my 67 year old foster brother (my mother was a foster parent) so he has been a part of my family since he was 6 months old. He was born mentally retarded and given up by his biological mother. He was in really bad shape. She diagnosed him with 20-25% heart function, Congestive Heart Failure(CHF) and a blood clot in his heart.. His heart was working so hard his heart rate was staying at 112 and up. On Friday Nov 22, 20189 at 4 PM she discharged him. He was slightly better Friday night but by Sat he started downhill again. I put him back on oxygen and he continued with through the week end. Monday morning we called her office (spoke to a nurse) and asked for him to be re-admitted. The nursed checked with her and she said no. My wife demanded to speak with her directly so she did call us back an hour later. My wife asked for an explanation. Dr Hays told her that she would not re-admit him because it was not a cardiac problem. He just had a common cold. We immediately took him to the Oklahoma Heart Hospital on I-240. They tested then admitted him. Diagnosed him also with CHF, blood clot in the heart but with the heart function even less at 10-15% function., They are telling us that once they get him strong enough they will do an angiogram to see if they can fix him. As of today Wed Nov 27, 2019 they have taken off 5 liters of liquid from his body and he is a little bit better. I'm sure she won't post this on her website but that's ok. It will show up on many other review websites.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
