Kelley Marie Lobb's Online Review Report Card

The most thorough doctor I have ever been to. She does not miss a beat. Love her.

I would give a 5 but I have had trouble getting my needed refills which is strange bc the pharmacy is in the same building as my doctors office.

I've been a patient of Dr. Lobb for three years and you would NOT know it. Don't go to her if you need something ASAP or within 72 hours, as she works less than anyone I know (M-R). Absolute bull when you pay as much as I do for insurance. No follow-ups, no check-ins, etc. etc., so if you go to her make sure you're prepared to be ignored. I had to take a trip to the ER and frantically called her office and all I got was radio silence for 48 hours...then it was Friday and no one works Friday in that office (or really much at all), so if I would have stayed with her, I would not have received a response until Monday...6 days later...unacceptable. Learned professions are held to a higher standard and she royally falls short.

Dr.Lobb is absolutely the best doctor I have ever had. She really takes the time to listen to you. She's not like most doctors who are in a hurry to get to the next patient. She has gotten me in last minute several times and is always quick to respond in the patient portal. Hands down my favorite doctor.

She is very knowledgeable and personable just everything you want in a primary care provider!

Dr Lobb and her entire staff are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. They are so kind, competent, caring and prompt in the care of their patients. They REALLY care about you!!!!!!

Ethical, personable, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Best physician we have ever seen. Doesn’t treat the symptoms as push pharmaceuticals. She looks for the root causes of health issues. Highly recommendable.

Just like any other friendly doctors office, unless you’re a patient with mental health struggles, it seems. I, mistakenly, made an appointment with this office because I felt I would be comfortable sharing my struggles enough to find more help than what I can do on my own in regards to my mental health. As someone who struggles with anxiety I figured choosing a doctor I had seen a few times before, well she’s not available anytime soon so I take the recommended appointment for the same day. The wait wasn’t bad, very normal for a doctors office. The reception was super friendly like a doctors office but the nurse who showed me back and the nurse practioner I saw after made me feel extremely uncomfortable and I genuinely felt like I was being profiled as someone just in there to get drugs or whatever else. I made my appointment because I felt completely lost in helping myself and when I got there I was treated like a junkie. I haven’t touched a single thing except MJ and I’ve fallen away from heavy use. This place is not uquipped, trained or even staffed, to deal with mental health patients. I understand fully this place does not support medical marijuana, but I never asked for a card and had absolutely zero plans to mention it. Profiling at its finest.
