My Mom saw Dr. Villano. She had a stress test that was abnormal and they said she needed a heart cath. Took a couple of weeks for Humana to approve. Took a couple of weeks for them to get her on the schedule. Then they cancelled due to "staffing problems." That was five weeks ago. I have called and left a message once a week for the past three weeks, left both my number and hers (she does not understand or remember what they say). No one has bothered to call back. They were nice when we were in the office but this is rude, uncaring, and frustrating.

My mother was there several times over the winter and early spring. The staff seemed nice enough. She had a stress test and they said she needed to have a cardiac catheterization. It took a couple of weeks for Humana to approve the procedure. They scheduled it and then called her and said they needed to postpone due to staffing issues. It's been five weeks since it was originally scheduled. I have called once a week for the past three weeks and left a message. They won't even call back. So frustrating, rude, and uncaring.

Dr. Villano was my doctor years ago before he moved. He is the best of the best! He is caring, compassionate and very smart. He goes above and beyond to explain things where you can understand it and has the most polite bedside manners of any doctor i have seen. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Not pleased. First went in January. Had lab work, various tests etc. had visits between then and early June. Still have my problem. Won’t use NRH for cardiology again.

I wouldn't recommend Dr Villano to anyone. He misdiagnosed me and my husband. He put my husband on a medication for over a year that should only be taken for a couple of weeks. He told him he had Congestive Heart Failure, but after repeated tests, couldn't explain why all tests results were normal. Still kept saying he had CHF

I have had 4+ appts with Dr Villano - ER: chest pains; Arterialgram (pre & post); at least 2 visits in the hospital after a quad-bypass; 2 follow up appts in his office and 2 appts with his Nurse Practitioner. The only complaint I can raise is that he speaks quickly and softly. But the fact that I have perpetual sinus/allergy problems and 4 tone Tinnitus doesn’t help. I’m very happy with Dr. Villano’s care and his office staff as well.
