Short and sweet 30 mins top! Doctor Prise was extremely kind and knowledgeable, and I'm glad I stayed! However, the lady who called me back (medical tech possibly ) was rude and condescendingly asked me, “What do I mean I’m having asthma problems?” which to me sounds pretty self-explanatory..Upon other irrelevant questions, she then asked me why I had so many no-shows, which is inaccurate. I was there for health issues, not to be disrespectfully and wrongfully ridiculed upon arriving. I've never blatantly been treated like this in any medical situation (where I'm having a hard time breathing) it was very uncomfortable. So, great MD (Dr. Prise), lady who takes vitals and ask whats going on should maybe treat people with respect? Or possibly find a different position where she's not helping the public face-to-face. Maybe billing? Overall, dismiss her if you go here, because she does not reflect the Doctor treating you. Thanks Dr Prise for your compassion!
Very short staffed but did an excellent job. Answered all my questions and were very professional.
Let me start with the nursing staff and reception. They were fabulous and very helpful. Lena was very professional and quick to try and help us solve our problem. Now, as far as the physician who saw my daughter, I have never encountered someone quite so incompetent. My 2.5 year old daughter had been running fevers as high as 103.5 for a couple days. Her pediatricians office was full, as it would have been my first choice, for good reason. The physician, I believe it was Dr Rodriguez, checked both her ears and throat. He had told us she had a double ear infection her throat looked “fine”. He was supposed to send in some antibiotics for us that evening to get started. Waited and waited, nothing ever showed up at the pharmacy. Before I can even get a call to them that morning to straighten things out, a NURSING HOME pharmacy calls ME to tell me they have our script. I specifically confirmed before he left the room which pharmacy it needed to be sent to, mind you. So, failure number one. This afternoon, things were looking worse for my daughter and I took her into her pediatrician. Thank goodness for him because her ears are perfectly fine, and she has STREP throat. The lack of effort put into her exam to discover this just HOURS before is baffling. I also had suspicions she may have a UTI. I was sent home with a urine sample out kit and nearly 24 hours later, I have yet to hear a thing. I will never trust them with my daughter, let alone anyone else, again. The entire experience could have left my daughter in a much worse position, had her pediatrician not properly examined yet. AVOID this place with your littles at all cost.
DO NOT go here if you are self paying. We decided to give this location a try after an employee posted in a public Facebook group that self pay without insurance was only $50. We paid the $50 at the time of service and received a bill for nearly $300 today (7 weeks after the visit). The visit itself was fine, but the only thing my son received besides an exam (and two prescriptions called in) was some gauze and elastikon wrap. We expect to receive a similar bill in another month or so for our other son after having a bump on his head examined (which the doctor actually incorrectly diagnosed). He received no treatment or medication of any kind besides a brief exam, so I guess we'll see what they charge us for on that one. Go to Classen Urgent Care instead. We made the mistake of using this one since it was so close to our house, but we will never go back.
I had an issue with an injury and they got me in and out within 20 minutes! Dr. Rodriguez, Amber, and Lena were great!
I brought my 4 month old in and we had an excellent experience. The staff is so friendly and I am very thankful for Dr. Rodriguez for being so thorough and getting my little one on the right track to feeling better. Lena was also very helpful. 10/10 recommend this urgent care.
Yesterday was my second time visiting this Urgent Care for poison ivy allergy! The check-in process was very easy, Paula and Zephan at the front were very nice and I was in and out in 20 minutes! I got taken care of on my lunch break and still had time for lunch. Dr. Rodriguez knew exactly what I needed and had my prescription placed before I walked out the door.
I made an appointment for 12 PM got in right away and had great service
One last update- this is in regards to the whole information below, I reached out once more to the patient liaison, as requested from them in the business response to this, and I can confirm at least if you are a self-pay patient do not go to this urgent care because you will be charged way too much for an urgent care. There are plenty of other urgent cares around where you pay $80 for your visit and that's it, obviously if you have any additional procedures it will be a little more but it will be nothing like the huge amount we were charged. To be fully open in response to what they told me, they even said the physician mischarged an amount, and that they would give 40% off and it is still a ridiculous amount for an "Urgent Care." Update - we spoke with a lady from the urgent care and were told that the $50 copay was only for the initial visit, and that the rest of the money was for the physicians, etc. DO NOT GO HERE if you're self pay. They advertise as an affordable way of getting urgent care, and they're not. At least if you go to a traditional urgent care, you know the fee your paying is all you have to pay. *Initial Review* Took my wife here a few days ago, all the staff was very nice and helpful. The problem came whenever we got charged a bill for over $1,200 when the visit was supposed to be $50 as advertised, which we paid. This is ridiculous as this is supposed to be a cost-effective way of being seen as per their website but charges way more than a regular urgent Care does and basically the same as an emergency room.
I tried to take my mom here. We have never been treated so poorly at any hospital or urgent care.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
