Dr. Vogel operated on my hand and it has been numb since then. He also operated on my broken leg and he and his PA were so busy admiring their work on my leg they never noticed my foot had turned in and atrophied. Neither of them listened to me or NY family about that problem. I had to have surgery later by another doctor to fix that problem. I am now able to walk with a walker thanks to the other doctor. I should gave been able to walk independently after my break had healed.

This is the second surgery that I have had. Both have been met with complications due to NOT taking other health concerns into account and LISTENING to me. His nurse/secretary would not work with me and was condescending and unorganized at my first appointment 7 years ago and she has only gotten worse. I had to arrange a conference call between my insurance, a brace provider and this "nurse" to force her to do her job in post-care. Have already sought medical advice elsewhere, and they are as appalled as I am at the lack of professionalism and lengths I had to go to just to get minimum post op care.I made a positive review years ago, but made it too early, not knowing that substandard post-op care would leave me needing to consider skin grafts to address the mistakes made. Beware of his staff!

I would highly recommend Dr. Vogel to anyone needing surgery to fix a broken bone. I would not be able to use my dominate hand if it weren't for him and his amazing staff of medical professionals. Thank you Dr. Vogel and your entire staff for the work you do, but especially for giving me my hand back. I cant thank you enough!

Dr. Vogel was very professional and at the same time very caring. I was so glad to go to him for the accident with my hand. I had been to the urgent care and ER and they both recommended go to an orthopedic doctor. The ER recommend that I go to Dr. Vogel the next day. The best decision ever. Dr.Vogel’s staff is very kind and reassuring too.

We began seeing Dr. Vogel early in his career. He is an excellent surgeon, a wonderful doctor and a Saint when it comes to being a real person. He has performed several surgeries on both of us and has our trust and friendship ALWAYS!

Dr. Vogel replaced both my husbands' knees. We loved Dr. Vogel the first time we met him. He explained everything so well; and a year after having the replacement surgery, my husband said his knees felt like they are 25 again. We are so thankful for Dr. Vogel. A truly wonderful doctor and surgeon.
