At my latest appointment Dr. Ahmad accused me of being a No Show for my previous appointment a few months ago. I told her I wasn't a No Show. Instead the front desk refused to allow me to see the her for the scheduled appointment. I told her I emailed her about the situation but she told me I didn't. She looked in my online chart and FOUND the email. She then blamed the nurse for failing to show her the email.
