Aaron Wilbanks's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Wilbanks was down to earth, direct and very compassionate. He made me feel welcome and was genuinely concerned for my health. He took actions to order the tests he would need to evaluate my health. I am thankful I have Dr. Wilbanks as my primary care provider.

Excellent he is a very good doctor

Had a nasty bruise that I didn't remember an injury for. Had a tele-meet with wilbanks. 30 seconds in, his camera cut off. Without even looking at it, he said I needed an ultrasound and to go to the ER, because we wouldn't want to wait a week for authorization. When I got the the ER, Yukon Integris, they said it was weird for wilbanks to not have called and that doctors usually schedule a stat appointment for these things that would have bypassed the ER copay. His female nurse said that none of the doctors in Canadian Valley Family Care have ever done that, and that they didn't even know it was a thing they could do. I have recorded conversations from both his male and female nurse. I have a recorded conversation with the ER nurse telling me that doctors usually do this for their patients. His female nurse was nearly chucking when I told her I raise 3 children by myself and school supplies are due in less than a month and could they please call and fix it. She said we're done arguing.

This doctors office literally made me cry. I made an appointment for a physical and when in there the doc asked how he was and I mentioned a specific problem. He asked questions & ordered tests. When I checked out they tried to bill me for a physical and office visit. I was there solely for a physical. The check out lady was rude and said I wouldn't be billed but then turned around and billed me anyway. When I called back they removed it but only after scolding me like a child and belittling me.

I love Dr. Wilbanks. I have been going to him for so many years and can't imagine changing doctors. He always knows who I am and always sits down and listens to me. We always always talk Thunder basketball together first thing.He gets to know you on a personal level. How many doctors take the time to just visit with you? None that I know of.

Excellent care, listens and discusses options. I would recommend Dr. Wilbanks to everyone interested in a great doctor.

Dr.Wilbanks is a very caring person. He will always try to do what is best for you as a patient . If something is not good for you he will let you know. I've read a couple of the reviews , and come to the conclusion that some people just don't want to hear the truth. I'm glad to have a doctor that will tell me what is best for me or my children and is not afraid to hurt my feelings if it means one of us feeling better. I would rather someone be truthful , than tell me what I want to hear and send me on my way . I recommend him to my family and have suggested him to friends when he started accepting new patients again.
