This Doctor had no sympathy or a show of class when I visited. I was informed that he listened to another MD's gossip. Not recommended.

Horrible office communication & follow through-Can't get medical records/treatments/test timely. Certain aspect of my care was discovered on the patient portal but never discussed with me during my office visit. Diagnostic test results only disclosed at follow up appt. The nurse message line seem to not be checked by anyone. Long wait on the phone to speak with someone. First red flag was calling for an appt after a ER visit and no return call. Another provider made direct contact with him to set an appt. Now 4 months later still cannot get complete medical records. No patient should have to ask for diagnostic test results. It should be provided and reviewed at subsequent follow-up appt. The staff made appt for pick up of medical records and the office was closed. The waiting room can be crowded and long wait. There's no waiting room cleaning in between patients using chairs. Averaged wait was about 1hr for me. On 1 occasion it was 2hrs. Very unprofessional office and no explaining or apology in servicing delays. Don't think this office is good for anyone with high blood pressure as it is a contributing factor.

After getting a normal stress test result, I continued to have minor chest pains. The Dr. wanted me to get a heart catheterization. I canceled the appointment after reading how invasive this procedure actually is, and I thankfully got a second opinion. This new Dr. recommended a calcium count using the newest generation of scanners, a non-invasive procedure. This would show plaque buildup in a very clear way, costing only $100 out-of-pocket. The result was a score of zero! This result meant there was ZERO reason to have an invasive procedure which could have resulted in complications. To add, this scan would show plaque outside of the arteries, not just internal, as one would see in a heart cath. To add, when I went to the stress test, the wait area was full (nearly 30 people) with all seats filled (elbow-to-elbow) and there were people standing, as all seats were taken. This was all during the pandemic. The room where I had the stress test had the cleanliness of a gas station restroom, and I would encourage an update to the equipment and room renovation.

Dr. Jain is not only extremely professional, but very compassionate as well. He takes the time to sit down and thoroughly explain situations. His presence and manner are both comforting and genuine. He operated on my fiance two years ago and just yesterday as well. My fiance's family and I couldn't be happier that he was the one who did them. Thank you, Dr. Jain for caring and helping us. You are simply the best.

Dr. Jain is the best! He truly cares about your condition and gives you more than enough time. He even goes above and beyond when trying to explain himself. He is easy to get a hold of during tough times. Great communicator and shows compassion.
