If i could leave no stars i most definitely would. I got here at 9am, i was told it was too long a wait i could go run errands & get on the list. I get here 15 mins before a scheduled time @11. Knowing there would still be a short wait, but then i wait 2 hours with no update. Even after rooms are free no update. I’m leaving @1 without being seen or acknowledged. They need to communicate better and not have a tv with appointments on it if it’s not accurate. I will never recommend this place to a soul. You’d think with everyone coming down with the same thing they’d make it a bit smoother or COMMUNICATE. Hopefully no one has this same experience.

I had a great experience when I arrived to AllSet Urgent Care. I was feeling... not so great, to say the least. Jennifer & Clara warmly greeted me then roomed me right away. Jennifer got all my pertinent information before I saw Angela, NP. Angela was fantastic! She assessed, diagnosed, and sent my prescriptions to my pharmacy before it closed. I so appreciate all of them working so efficiently as I got my prescriptions just before they closed. Thanks to Jennifer, Clara, and Angela, I had a great Christmas! I feel much better!! I definitely will use this location if ever I need Urgent Care again.

They need to update their hours to reflect they stop seeing patients early to be out by 8.

I needed a refill of a prescription I've been on for more than 20 years but my primary care doctor died so I called this clinic but I was told that THEY DO NOT PRESCRIBE ANY MEDICATIONS --- AT ALL ! If you go to them for a sprain or broken bone and have xrays and have the bone set in a cast, they will NOT give you any pain meds. The medication I need is not a narcotic. It's something that is very common. I cannot believe that this clinic will NOT PRESCRIBE MEDICATIONS!

This was my first time to go to an AllSet. Clara, Jennifer and Jeri were super friendly and caring. Luckily I was the only person there so they got me in immediately when I walked in which I appreciated since I had a pretty deep cut on my thumb that needed stitches. This was probably the best experience I’ve had at an urgent care facility especially on the customer service side. This will definitely be my go to place now, but fingers crossed hopefully not too often.
