******HIGHLY RECOMMEND************** Well to start with...Every time in my entire past when I have surgery with anesthesia It is 100% Certain that I'll have sever nausea right after surgery for the next 12-24 hrs BUUUUT DR COGAR is the Dr. w the plan that you need for your hands & NAUSEA NEEDS! I had surgery on April 12 ...NO NAUSEA....& by May 3 my stitches were taken out & it's healing Wonderfully!!! & did I mention I HAD NO NAUSEA WHAT SO EVER & I DIDN'T HAVE ANY PAIN AFTER SURGERY!! JUST HEALING & using Vitamin E Oil. This was the best surgery that I've had!

Dr. Cogar and her staff are wonderful! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Her new location has been recently remodeled and is incredibly clean. She took great care of our son after a wrist accident and made him feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed. My mom warned me not to go to this doctor after her surgery led to permanent damage. But I did anyway. I was impressed with doc and surgery. She was aware of my situation of being a single mom and money tight right now. And even offered to do the surgery at another facility that would accept my healthshare to limit my out of pocket cost. I paid $580 out of pocket and was told my healthshare would cover the rest. I showed up today for my follow up appointment (never got a reminder text or call) and after being checked in and seated was called back up and told I had a balance and needed to pay $50. I did willingly. 20 mins later, I was called back up and told the doc was refusing to see me unless I paid $300 more. Now, this is a balance I didn't expect, was never told about, and then am being demanded to pay on the spot. I was very embarrassed to have to say I didn't have $300 today in front of a waiting room of people. Instead of working something out with me they canceled my appointment. I've literally been sitting in the parking lot crying for an hour after driving 30 mins to my appt because it was so embarrassing to be refused to be seen over a balance I never knew about. No bill. No call. Balance not even 30 days old. And I actually did need to see the doctor after having some issues.
