Went to an appt a few weeks ago. The surgeon was not there. Made me see a practitioner. This person Nathan told me he doesn’t recommend surgery for a 34 year old with a full popliteus tear. I said ok that’s cool can I get a summary diagnosis with that stated. He said sure. I’ve called and left a message 6 times now. Every week. No call back, nothing. I would hate to see how it is for a patient post surgery who needed to get a call for care. Can’t get ahold of the office at all.

Front desk personnel were so helpful and engaging. dr. Taylor I made it clear that he cared about my situation. He helped me understand complex medical conditions. he was patient and did not rush me. I am thankful for his care.
