Dr. Pierson from 1993 till date, has been the BEST Dr. I’ve had. I had my wreck back in 2017 and had been trying to figure out my breathing problems close to around 5 years. All the pulmonologist and other specialist I had seen said they couldn’t see anything and that maybe my physical problems were due to psychological problems and to see a therapist. After a month with going to Dr. Pierson we had figured out more and progressed so much quicker and for that I’m truly grateful. A+infinity 💖

This is not a review of the doctor(s). It’s a review of the office staff. Unfortunately, I never got to see a doctor because of the inept office staff. I had an appointment at 9am on Tuesday, 10/4/2022. I arrived on time, filled out paper work, and waited 45 minutes before asking for a refund and leaving. They way overbooked themselves. Invest in better office staff, training, and tools.

Dr Pierson and his staff are amazing! I was taken great care of. My fears disappeared while having him as my doc. He preformed my surgery and that went better than I imagined. Highly recommend him. Also his medical assistant Brittany is an Angel :)

Dr. Pierson was very good at explaining all that was to happen with my surgery. He and his staff were accommodating to my schedule, which I really appreciated. They ALL are so friendly and professional. Hope to not have to see them again - but I can't thank them enough for taking such good care of me!

I was referred to Dr. Pierson by my PCP because of a bad sinus issue needing immediate attention, but after more than a month of trying to contact him with no luck, and with no one returning my calls, I called my PCP again, after they were unsuccessful in reaching anyone at Dr. Pierson's office, they decided to refer me to another doctor, What good is a doctor you can't get in contact with. UPDATE: I received a call from Dr. Pierson's office stating that they were going through a complete system upgrade and the reason that they hadn't returned my calls were because with the upgrades, they didn't receive them, So we scheduled an appointment for me, When I got to their office for my appointment, they were very friendly and professional, I was called back in a very short time and met with Dr. Pierson, he listened to all my questions and concerns about the issues I was having, addressed all my concerns, showed me the reasons for my problems and then laid out a course of actions that were needed to get me the help I need, I'm actually glad for the problems that first occurred, usually I go to a doctor's office expecting mediocre treatment, but this office and the staff went over and above all my expectations, Thank You to everyone there!!

Dr. Pierson and staff are wonderful. Dr. Pierson really listens to you. He takes very good care of you!! Very caring Dr. Takes the time to get a plan that is best for you. Highly recommend!!!!!!!

Best doctor and office you can have. Also a great surgeon !!

The staff and Dr. Pierson were very nice and therough, the nurse practioner was wonderful as well. I highly recommend this office to anyone who needs ENT care.

I have a LOT of doctors because I have so many different health issues so when I say Dr. Pierson is the BEST, I do have quite a bit to compare him to. Dr. Pierson is so knowledgeable and explains things in a way that make sense while also clearly caring for his patients (in my experience, you usually get one or the other but not both). Dr. Pierson himself jumped on calls with me a couple of times (also rare) and listened to what all I had been dealing with. My answers were answered quickly either by Dr. Pierson himself or his wonderful assistant Caitlin (Caitlin is amazing, too). I never wondered if he was taking me seriously. Cannot recommend him enough. There are ENTs closer to the side of town where I live (north), but it is worth it to go south a little to see him. Thank you, Dr. Pierson!
