Getting in touch with Dr. Hisey is almost an hour wait using his answering service. I had to call the hospital to get answers to my questions for pre-op. His return to work instructions are not clear as to when I can return to work . So far the procedure has worked miracles.

All that I expected to be and more. Dr. Hisey is very personable and helpful and knowledgeable about his work.

Got n, finished checkin(we did e-check n the other day), showed I.D.'s. We were taken 2 the exam n a short period of time, nurse took vitals, copied CT and MRI'S we brought n from the hospital. Doctor came n, evaluated Mom, asked questions and answered all of ours. Everyone was congenial, kind and receptive. R assured that mom's condition will b monitored closely. She left feeling very comfortable with what was said. They scheduled us n 3months. Everything was easy and they were very accommodating with Mom's age and bad hearing, letting both of us accompany her every step of the way. Very pleased.
