Never saw the doctor, only a PA that told me I "needed to back to see Dr XXXX who did my previous surgery" as he was the one who did it and would know where the screw holes were ,etc. Anyone with eyes could see them on the X-ray. He basically told me that it would be "an exploratory surgery and a long long surgery". For someone who has had 44 surgeries you're not scaring me. I left in tears, no where else to turn or anyone to listen to how much excruciating pain I was in. Very disappointed in the whole place.

Don’t expect them to help you with disability paperwork because they won’t. They want payment but since they won’t help me with the paperwork when I have a proven medical condition. I cannot see them because I lost my insurance through my job (because they won’t fill out the paperwork) so I have sooner care guess what they do not accept sooner care. I’m pretty much screwed because my backs messed up can’t work and can’t get the people who said they wanted to help to help. They just want your money and you to move along. Thanks a lot.

He is gone more than he’s in. Has an MA call you back, who clearly doesn’t understand pain or care about patients. I was a great patient until my preop pain came back. Now I’m just a needy patient that needs to just quit calling. I have never talked down to someone like Brandy talked down to me today. Unnecessary and amazing she even works in healthcare. So, I’ll just keep crawling through the house because standing and walking are too painful. I thought I was so fortunate to have found Dr. Braly, but he doesn’t care. I’ve seen him in clinic once. If anyone cared, they would make patient calls. They would not leave that to an MA who likes to argue and guarantee didn’t take a single note for the chart.

I can’t review the doctor because I never had the chance. I went in there with problems concerning my lower back, a young physicians assistant seen me, was very rude and short and told me I would likely need a “360 surgery” and a MRI that she would schedule, and get back to me. That was over a year ago and I have never heard anything back. I will never go back in that place. Absolutely horrible.

Dr. Braly was the 4th Dr I had seen for my back. I felt so comfortable with him. I had a spinal fusion L4, L5, S1 and I was on the treadmill at 21/2 weeks and back on the elliptical at 3 weeks. If I had known it would be this easy, I would have done it much sooner. I lived with back pain for 20 years. Dr. Braly and all his PA's have the best bedside manner, they are friendly. and always answer ALL my crazy questions. Before surgery Dr. Braly prayed with me, I knew I had made the right decision. The hospital was great and all of their staff too. I highly 100% recommend Dr. Braly!!!

Dr. Braly gets 5 stars even though I rarely see him. But his surgery saved my life, so there’s that. His PAs are also wonderful and have been instrumental in helping navigate my pain and my postop care. They get 5 stars. I will be forever grateful and indebted to Dr. Braly and his PAs and the hospital staff at Community Hospital for helping me get my life and career back on track. But…. This review is for clinic staff….one person in particular, has repeatedly been incredibly rude and condescending throughout my entire experience here. My life was very tumultuous and financially strained because of my longstanding, severe, back pain. Hence, me getting my first fusion and then revision. She criticized me for needing to reschedule for work or medical reasons. And she basically made fun of me for not being able to drive 2.5 hours with a migraine to make an appointment. She has repeatedly been insensitive to me when I’ve been under severe stress trying to get my health taken care of with little to no support network. I’ve dealt with excruciating pain for years and it destroyed my career, financial well-being and mental health. I’ve had 6 spinal surgeries, multiple injections and complications to boot. I almost lost everything, literally everything. When one finally sees the light at the end of the tunnel, then runs into road blocks, and asks for help and then get degraded for it multiple times, that’s just cold and heartless and unprofessional. If my staff talked to patients in such a way when they’re genuinely struggling, they’d be fired in an instant.

The Success of my neck surgery was remarkable! Dr. Braly, his staff of nurses and PA's also the hospital staff are amazing, friendly and professional.
