I've had not-so-good experiences at other doctors' offices in the OKC area recently, but Dr. Link's office is great. Everyone I dealt with there, either in person or on the phone, was friendly and kind, and the office visit itself was surprisingly pleasant (as doctor appointments go, lol). Dr. Link took time to explain my situation and answer questions, and I felt that I was seen and heard and well cared for.

Dr Link was kind, patient and reassuring. He did an excellent job with my husband’s surgery. We are so thankful for his expertise.

I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the staff! We are told by Dr. Link we will get a call with the pathology and never do. We have to leave several messages and call the answering service and leave a messages. The nurse NEVER returns a call! After both procedures I had to call the surgery line to get someone to help us. Dr. Link is an oncologist and his patients are in pain and hanging by a thread waiting for news and they just don't seem to have any sense of urgency in getting back to you. Very Frustrating!

Believe Dr. Link has best intentions and knowledge. His staff and primary nurse not the best. Had several problems after surgery and nurse was never concerned and don't feel Dr. Link was informed. Would recommend Dr Link but not his staff.

His pa Kathryn Marie Feisal does not follow up. I am on testosterone and trying to get it refilled is impossible. I am leaving town in two days called a month in advance to make sure their was no more problems. Last time leaving on vacation I had to go without my medicine for 3 weeks.

My husband had a biopsy performed on a Fri morning. We have called the office SEVEN times in the last seven days to get the report and have as today NOT RECEIVED A RETURN CALL! When you are dealing with a possible cancer diagnosis it is imperative to be prompt in returning calls. Sadly, that is not the case with this office! We loved Dr Link, but his staff needs work!!!
