Great doctor .....always takes the time to answer all questions. My husband and I both felt very comfortable having Dr Sylvester remove our cataracts. Has a good bedside manner. Friendly staff. We highly recommend.

I am a local optometrist and co-manage cataract surgeries and refractive surgeries (LASIK). Dr. Sylvester is meticulous with his measurements and a very skilled surgeon. My patients always come back happy with their experience and outcome. I highly recommend Dr. Sylvester for cornea, cataract, refractive surgery, and general medical eye care.

So totally not less than five stars Dr. Carl has great bedside manner. He listens to your concerns. Had both eyes done. He was awesome. I would definitely recommend him. Tried to get my friend to come out to him for her surgery she had a lot of difficulty post surgery (cuz she didn't see Dr. Carl).

My worse experience with a health care "professional" ever. They got my authorization for the wrong eye and didn't call me until 2 hours before surgery to let me know. I had to call my insurance company to find out what to do and when I told them they said they would call me back after they talked to them. I waited 35 minutes and called back to find out what they found out and was told the person that had been helping me was gone for the day, she leaves early on Monday. What! Are you kidding me that she leaves without taking care of me all the while I am sitting at the Surgery Center waiting for her to complete her job correctly. Is this too much to ask? I was told she had passed it on to another girl when I asked to talk to her I was told she doesn't work in the office, she lives in Florida, again, What??? Well, no I didn't get to have surgery, which I am desperately in need of and was lied to multiple times by his staff.

From our very first time visiting the office and every visit in between the staff and Dr Sylvester have been awesome! They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and assured with everything going on with you. They've even helped us do searching online for product when we were having trouble. We are very happy we found doctor Sylvester and his staff.

Dr. Carl is absolutely marvelous I had put off bilateral cataract surgery way too long. He made me totally comfortable with the process and was able to give me back 20/20 distance vision in both eyes. I only wear reading glasses now. It has been an adjustment I've had to wear glasses most of my life. THANK YOU Dr. Carl.

Wow, the rare eye exam place that actually accepts Retired and active duty military insurance. For a deep red state, there sure are a lot of disrespectful Optometry outlets that do not support the troops. This is not one of those places.
