Dr. Douglas is the best family practitioner I've ever seen. He takes the time to get to know his patients...he actually listens and cares! I'm constantly impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. Would highly recommend!

If you are looking for a family doctor I would defiantly highly recommend seeing Doctor Douglas! I am a current patient of his and I am very pleased with him and his staff. I called and left a message for his nurse and they got back with me at the same day. If they know if it is an urgent care that you need they will make appointment with you ASAP. He explains your medical conditions with you and knows what you have immediate! I am very pleased. Job well done!!

very patient, thorough, and kind. very sympathetic to your needs during the time of illness. Follow through is exceptional. Awesome Doctor, also a pharmacist that makes a plus on answering questions about medicines and there compatibility to other drugs.

I agree with the previous comments regarding inflated ratings. I arrived for an appointment scheduled 6 months in advance. The receptionist asked who I was there to see and questioned whether or not I needed to see a doctor or just a nurse. Then after sitting and waiting for 30 minutes for them to figure out who I needed to see, they then told me that they didn't even have the supplies necessary for my visit and asked me to reschedule. I refused and left the office as I had to get back to work and didn’t intend on wasting any more PTO. Dr. Douglas then called me on the phone and proceeded to lecture me on how I should have called prior to my appointment and verified that they had the supplies on hand, not even recognizing that I had made an appointment months earlier and the expectation should be on them to be prepared for my visit. He concluded his remarks to me by saying "sometimes crap just happens". I don't want to be associated with any business, and definitely not health care, that relies on excuses like that. No apologies or explanations, just blame shifting to the patient. Go here at your own risk.

NOT A GOOD DOCTOR.....WOULD NEVER REFER ANYONE TO DR. DOUGLAS. COULD GO ON AND ON BUT HE IS NOT WORTH ANY MORE OF MY ENERGY.
