Some very, very unsavory people. LIED to nonstop by patient liaison Brandi I believe was her name. Would not trust them with a goldfish. You can feel the crack falling off them. You can not even imagine what they put my poor memaw through.

Kim has been providing excellent wound care for my husband and is always friendly and professional. She takes time to visit with us and answer any questions or concerns we may have. Very pleased with the care she has been providing.

Great staff! Tremendous help for families going down the hospice journey

The best most caring people. My father went into Nursing Home. And needed hospice care. His sister had been in and Alpha Hospice cared for her. When discussing who to use my 92 yr old father said use Alpha they cared for Goldie and were wonderful. Janet came and signed us up and has been the best at answering all my questions and I had many, I would apologize for bothering her and she would just say anything anytime. I think God for their help and care.

My significant other was a patient, he had a start of care visit and 2 nurse visits in a month, not a week as told. He had labs ordered to be drawn which were never drawn . He asked his physician to discharge from this company. Don't recommend using them.
