Go here. The service and care is excellent. I had trouble with chain store places getting things right. Circle of Life came through perfectly. They have a large selection and a large show room floor with plenty of physicians and support staff ready to help.

Very nice and friendly, fast service

I am a new patient with Dr. Ruthie, recommended by my mother-in-law. My first visit was an emergency, my 10 month old stuck her finger in my eye at 5am and scratched it pretty badly. Dr. Ruthie was open on Saturday and pretty early too, 9am which I am so grateful for! I didn’t have an appointment and her office managed to get me in right away since it was an emergency and very painful. Dr. Ruthie was kind and gentle and explained what I needed to do to care for my eye. A picture was needed to see the extent of the damage and again at the follow up to make sure my eye had healed. Dr. Ruthie also advised there is another treatment to ensure the fresh tissue doesn’t get damaged, but that it’s expensive. She had her staff check to see if I still had Soonercare and told me if I didn’t, it wasn’t necessary, but it can help if insurance will cover it. I read other reviews about cost and excessive testing, but that wasn’t my experience at all. I’m truly grateful for Dr. Ruthie and her kind staff. I’ve cash payed at other optometrists and I feel her prices are fair. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you guys!!

I am a little torn here. I have a pair of glasses that work (in only 5 days). I got an appointment pretty quickly and it's very close to my home and I didn't have to go to a mall. I had good recommendations from coworkers.Last pair of glasses was 2019. I was getting desperate for new glasses but, with the pandemic going on, was leary about being so face-to-face with people. I've been working with Covid patients for 2 years, so the death and destruction I saw was real.First thing I notice about Dr. Ruan is that she walked into the exam room with gloves on. I have no idea when she washed her hands and donned those gloves. She touched the door handle with those gloved hands. How many people touched that door handle before her? She typed on the computer keyboard with those gloves. So had the assistant that was in the room before her and it had not been cleaned. She did not touch me or my eyes, so I didn't say anything. She left the room twice, each time touching the doorknob with those gloved hands, never changing them. She led me out to the glasses display, touched the countertop, with those gloves on. Are those the same gloves she's had on all day?? Has she washed her hands today?Went back to get my glasses and saw her walking with another patient with gloves on. Saw her touch two doorknobs with those gloves on. I think she needs a lesson on washing hands properly and the proper use of gloves. I feel like they are much dirtier than had she had bare hands and used hand sanitizer multiple times, like her staff did. The doctor needs some education.I like the glasses I got. But they're not the exact ones I picked out and the Transitions should be the darkest ones (that I paid for) and they are not. I didn't notice it right away but I picked out frames smaller than my previous ones and one day I put them side by side and the new ones are actually bigger. Too late to do anything. I doubt I return to this office. I feel like I got swindled a little. My eyeglasses, exam and some eye drops were $700 out of pocket, AFTER insurance. When asked why so expensive after $150 frame credit and $100 lense credit and it was because I have progressive lenses and I paid for the most expensive Transitions. My last glasses were progressive and I paid $450 for glasses AND prescription sunglasses, both Coach brand. I will say that everyone in the office was really nice but I will probably go elsewhere next time.
