Craig Allen Wooten's Online Review Report Card

I previously wrote a 1 star review and left a very lengthy explanation of the disservice we received. Much to my surprise, the doctor in question, Dr Wooten, called me personally to discuss. We discussed the miscommunication and went over my wife's case in detail over the phone. He profusely apologized and acknowledged my concerns and took full responsibility of my complaint. After the discussion over the phone, I'm convinced that he is a good physician and good person. I'm also convinced that I would absolutely go back to this doctor for any further care ever needed in the future. I just have to say, it's not very often that a physician will call you personally and apologize, this speaks volumes to his character. I recommend, 100 %

Dr. Wooten and his staff are some of the friendliest most welcoming people I’ve ever met! They worked me in day of for a procedure and took great care of me. I later got a personal call from Dr. Wooten himself and was so impressed by that! He is wonderful and I would recommend him to anyone!!

The best oral surgeon in town. Very kind and caring about the patients needs and concerns. I would go back if I ever needed to. He’s the best.

Dr. Wooten and his staff are amazing. They were so friendly, very informative, and helped me greatly! I had an impacted wisdom tooth causing me so much pain, and they went ahead and removed it along with my others. They took such wonderful care of me that I was actually in less pain when I left without my wisdom teeth, than I was when I went in. I was pleasantly surprised to only need to take ibuprofen twice the day of the surgery, and have been pain free ever since. I’ve hardly had any swelling, and couldn’t be happier with my experience. Added bonus points for Dr. Wooten personally calling me later that evening to check on me and my status at home. Very few doctors follow their patients that closely these days, it’s a rare find and a dying culture. I was thoroughly impressed by this! I would recommend them 10/10 to any and everyone. They were wonderful and I just can’t say enough good things about them honestly! I’m very thankful for them

Can't say enough good things about the staff and Dr. Wooten. From first phone call to follow up, we were given exceptional care. My son and I were treated with dignity, respect and compassion. Lovely, caring professionals.Past experiences with other Ortho/oral surgery has been a nightmare for my son. Not this time. He is not nearly as anxious about any future procedure. Thank you for making us feel like we were the only patients you had to care for that day.

Dr Wooten and his staff are the best out there. You are in great hands with them

This clinic ghosted me after stringing me along for several consultations. I was in desperate need of help because my bridge was loose and going to fall out. After several visits they acted like they were going to schedule a surgery date and then ghosted me. They never called to explain why they couldn't treat me. I was horrified trying to keep my bridge together long enough to go through all of this again with another clinic. They have still refused to apologize, explain anything, or offer a refund. These are incredibly cruel, unprofessional people.

Dr Wooten and his staff are very caring and professional. He extracted my wisdom teeth and personally called me that night to check on me, in my experience not many doctors do their own call so that goes a long way in my book. I recommend him to anyone I know that needs any type of oral surgery because of the experience I had.

Didn't even get seen. Waited well past my appointment time, which I was early for. No explanation at all whatsoever, no apologies, no one let me know what was going on. If this is how your place is run, I certainly would not want y'all touching my mouth.

Dr. Wooten and his staff truly are the best! I can not speak highly enough about their care. They are attentive to all concerns, and transparently answer every question. After each procedure I have had here, I have left feeling COMPLETELY cared for. I would recommend Dr. Wooten to anyone!
