I like Dr. Jackson. He did my surgery almost a year ago. I am supposed to get other eye cataract checked now. Had appointment with Dr. Garner. I was very ill the night before and missed the appointment. A year ago had appointment with another doctor. I was in the parking lot but 10 minutes late. My review is about scheduling. If you are late they tell you to reschedule. If you are I'll and miss they punish you. Yes this was my fault but telling me there is no opening for a year while my cataract grows is a really crappy thing for a patient. Guess I have to find a new place!!!

What a fabulous experience I had with Dr Jackson and his staff. I had Cataract Surgery and had the best care ever from his office staff as well as the surgical staff.

After 5 years of treatments and surgery at Dean McGee, there's no one else I'd trust like Dr. Jackson with my eye sight. He is the best in all ways for vision, color and clarity...seriously! As a painter and artist, my eyes are everything.

I HAD CATARACT SURGERY ON BOTH EYES, THE STAFF AND DR. JACKSON WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL . EXPLAIN IN DETAIL THE SURGICAL PROCEDURE. I AM PLEASE WITH THE RESULTS.I WILL RECOMMEND HIM TO OTHERS.

My husband has vision in one eye and is very protective of eye care. We felt Dr. Jackson was very compassionate concerning his apprehensions. He was very pleased with the results of cataract surgery. The wait time is somewhat lengthy in the waiting room but worth it when it comes to vision.

Worst patient care I've ever experienced. Felt like my needs were the last thing on his mind. More worried about the thunder game than my eye care. Very sarcastic and even talked down to not only me but my wife. Unacceptable attitude and I was paying in 100 dollar bills. Got treated like I was just a number filling a time slot. I would have paid 10,000 to be properly taking care of. Got treated like a financial poor person and was lucky to get what he wanted to do for me. Beware! Great surgin is the only thing he's got going for him but don't expect a doctor patient relationship. Not even close!

Dr. Jackson was professional and answered all my questions regarding my cataract surgery. He also responded to glaucoma questions. I had surgery scheduled relatively quick for both cataract/glaucoma stents and scheduled based on my requested dates (one in October and the other eye in November) since I wasn't sure about recovery time. His staff was very friendly. They have a well run office and system. In fact, I will return to him for future eye care visits.
