They won't understand your budget limitations when you want to (unfortunately) choose/prioritize some of your treatments. After couple urgent treatment I was told that either I do deep cleaning or they won't be able to anything else (hurtful). Even though what they said, made me feel my tough life conditions deeper I can't blame them cause this place is not a free church service you know. However empathy, empathy, empathy even though your smart, even though your rich even though your healthy... So not a good place for people only like me :) I have to hand it to them though it is 4 star four insured people until your insurance max out.

Dr. Truong is great! Highly recommend Dental 32 for all your dental needs. I had the pleasure of having Amanda as my dental hygienist. All of their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I look forward to having them as my dental care team for years to come.

Dr Troung is the best dentist I've ever had. He cares for me, my wife, and my two young children (2 and 4). Surprisingly, the kids love coming to the dentist. They've don't a wonderful job with the design and they use the latest (and greatest) dental technology. Also, their Covid-19 protocol is too notch. Dr Troung is incredibly knowledgeable and always proactive with care. I would highly recommend him and his team.

Amanda and Dr. Lu are amazing!!! My first visit was today and I was beyond amazed at how professional and efficient my visit was! Thank you for taking great care of my teeth!!I had my second appointment today with Britney and Dr. Lu for fillings. In less than 24 hours my tooth already feels so much better and I am so happy with the results.

My kids don’t really like Dentists, as most kids. But my two 15 and 9 don’t mind going to them. They really seem to care for you. They sit and listen to concerns and answer them. Best Dentist group by far.

So I'm really picky about who I let pick at my teeth. I'm so happy I found Dr. Truong! I started to come here a few years ago during grad school because of the great Yelp reviews. My expectations were more than exceeded. All of the office staff were INCREDIBLE and so genuinely welcoming. The dental hygienists were some of the best I've ever had. They truly go above and beyond to ensure patient satisfaction and comfort. They offer you drinks, headphones, blankets, etc. They even give you an iPad to go through all of your teeth photos and talk you through your treatment plan. Although the location is downtown in a trendy area, they have a free parking lot adjacent to the building and street parking out front. I never had an issue with parking. I also never had an issue with wait time! I was always seen promptly at my appointment time, if not before. My cleanings and services were always really thorough as well. It didn't ever feel like they were rushing through to get to the next patient. I moved to California last year and have been on the prowl for a new dentist here for awhile now.... And let me just say that this search has definitely made me miss Dental 32. No one else compares. I highly recommend!

My husband and I found Dr. Lu and his staff after some unfortunate encounters with OKC dentists over the past few years.  In comparison to our previous encounters, these are our observations:The reception staff, from check-in to billing, are friendly, organized, and knowledgeable.  After 3 visits to the office, I have not had to wait more than 2-3 minutes for my appointment to begin or to check out.  High five to whomever is in charge of scheduling.  Cleaning: the hygienist gently but effectively cleaned my teeth and alerted the dentist to possible concerns relative to the health of my teeth.  Since my previous cleaning and exams at other dentists focused on the the possibility of whether I needed Botox or other upgrades, I very much appreciated the focus on my mouth instead of my forehead and wrinkles.  The Dentist: due to the above-referenced neglect to my mouth over the past few years, I did have some issues and needed some filings and even a crown.  This was by far the most extensive work I've had on my teeth, but Dr. Lu and his Assistant, Brittany, were gentle and did a wonderful job.  I'm a giant baby when it comes to the pain, noises, and needles associated with dentistry, but Dr. Lu is gentle and stops every minute or so to ask if you're ok.  And even though I can't really hear him for the suction and drills, he tries to tell me what exactly he's doing.  Dental work is torture, but they really make it as pleasant as possible and they are reassuring and empathetic, even as I complain and make terrible faces every step of the way.  Post-appointment: Someone followed up via text a few days after my appointment just to confirm i was recovering well.  I assumed the text was automated, but I actually received a reply to my response.  I think they may actually care.... After 5 years of being unhappy with other dentists, I finally feel like I've found a keeper.
