Dr. West has replaced my left knee sucessfully, but last year he removed a cyst and cleaned out arthritis residue from my right knee. I went in to see him a couple of weeks ago because the cyst is back and my knee is giving me terrible pain all over with swelling on the inside of the leg from surgery. He stated he had never seen this before...I knew what it was from looking it up on the web. He did an x-ray, but never showed it to me or went over the results. I think he has gotten so much on his plate now that I need to look for another orthopedic doctor. Very disappointed in his lack of concern for follow up visits and my diagnosis when he didn't even look at my x-ray or discuss the results. I am an 80 year old lady who lost her husband just 4 months ago and didn't need to be treated as an afterthought. Patricia Chapman

Dr. West is a wonderful Dr. He has performed surgery on one of my knees and one of my shoulders. Very little incisions and healed wonderfully. Dr West and his entire staff are so kind and they listen to the patient and their concerns and/or questions. I have recommended him to many people.

Dr. West has done a Total Knee Replacement Surgery on both of my knees. Both surgeries, and so far, both recoveries have gone very well. Dr. West and his staff have always been very attentive and helpful with any questions I have had. I would recommend Dr. West to anyone needing knee replacement or other orthopedics.

I really appreciate Dr West and his staff. They are generally on time and more importantly as a patient I have never felt that I was being rushed out and dr and staff always are willing to listen. They all seem happy and lots of positive experience

Upon arrival for my appointment, I was taken back quickly for an X-ray. I waited maybe 10 minutes to be seen after that. Dr. west physical examined my arm and ordered an MRI. He was courteous and thorough.
